SA Group continue to proudly display the EO badge from the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) – a community dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and a people powered business approach. Since transitioning to an EOT over four years ago, SA Group has become a member with the EOA and attended events and webinars to gain insights and stay up to date with all the latest EO developments.
Employee ownership requires no financial input from employees but creates an incentive for them to be engaged in the growth of the business. There are now over 2,000 employee-owned companies in the UK and this number continues to rise, having more than doubled over the past three years. The transition to employee-ownership in 2021 has seen employees of SA Group become more engaged in the ambitious growth plans of the business and rewarded for their recruitment referrals and valuable ideas.
Founded in 2009, SA Group has grown to over 80 employees and associates, boasting a wide range of in-house skills including Technical Architects, Systems Engineers, Project Managers, and Cyber Security Advisors. They key focus at SA Group is both their workforce, and clients; tenaciously solving problems, whilst pursuing a vision to enable the future of secure communication with digital expertise.
Jeremy Osborne, Director is a champion for promoting the benefits of the EOT to all staff, he said: āIām delighted with the progress of our transition to full Employee Ownership. Staff retention and recruitment have improved, the company has become more inclusive and ambitious, and the process has facilitated our expansion into new business areas.ā
